Tessy's focus currently remains on her story telling, despite her writing journey beginning with a passion for poetry.  The author published her first novel in the autumn of 2024, celebrating the release of 'Hope by the sea' in a local cafe in North Bristol. The novel, set in Cornwall, has received outstanding reviews, with readers reflecting on the characters long after the final page.

'Searching for solace' is due to be released in Summer 2025. Set in the Gower in South Wales, the story explores finding oneself, with themes of spirituality.

​

Tessy has two further fiction offerings, 'Sophie's shell' is a curious collection of nine short stories designed to surprise and fright just the right amount, and 'The Treehouse' is a novelette following a young couple, in modern times, who desire to escape the burdens of technology, finding themselves completely off grid in an unusual self sufficient holiday home in Wiltshire.
